RAPID CARDIAC MAGNETIC RESONANCE IN DEVELOPING COUNTRIES

The Rapid CMR Project in Cape Town seeks to promote the use of an effective, cheaper and faster protocol for the evaluation of cardiomyopathies, as well as to use cardiac magnetic resonance in the evaluation of cardiovascular involvement in specific areas of need in the country and to exploit opportunities that are not accessible (HIV, rheumatic disease)
